Purchasing a booth for CLEAN GULF does not automatically register your booth personnel. We encourage you to pre-register all staff in order to save time when you arrive onsite! Your exhibit space comes with unlimited booth personnel and a deep discount for upgrading to a full conference pass. We encourage you to register at least one member of your staff with a full conference pass to get access to the conference sessions. This is where buyers will be hanging out during conference hours and is a great opportunity to network!

Registration Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation deadline is September 13, 2019. Cancellations must be made in writing by September 13, 2019 to receive a refund, minus a $95 cancellation fee. Registrations who do not cancel prior to September 13, 2019 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. No refunds will be processed prior to the event. No refunds will be provided due to registrant error.
