Who We Are

The CLEAN GULF Conference & Exhibition is the premier annual event for industry and government from North America and beyond to come together and discuss planning, preparedness and response issues for oil and hazardous materials spills. It brings together all parties responsible for prevention and response operations from North America and beyond to hear best practices and build relationships vital to a successful response on land or water. A strong relationship between all parties is the foundation of a successful response, and CLEAN GULF has helped forge these relationships for the last 28 years.

Sample Trip Report: Create a trip report after the conference. This report should discuss the sessions you have attended and how you will apply those concepts to your job. Where will the CLEAN GULF 2019 Conference & Exhibition be held?

CLEAN GULF 2019 will take place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. The registration and exhibition will be at Hall E, and conference sessions will take place in meeting rooms on levels 2 and 3 of the convention center.

Where can you park at the Convention Center?

Is there a group discount available for registration?

Group discounts are available for 5 or more full conference passes from one company. Click here for more information.

What’s the difference between a full conference pass and expo only pass?

A full conference pass gives you access to all conference sessions, lunch, networking receptions and the exhibit hall. An expo only pass just provides access to the exhibit hall, Keynote Address, and networking receptions.

Are Continuing Education Units (CEUs) available for CLEAN GULF?

Customized certificates are available to verify conference attendance and session participation. These certificates may be included in personnel files to show training/education courses completed. For more information on Certificates of Completion, click here.

Who do I contact for a letter of invitation in order to obtain a VISA?

How do I get my badge for CLEAN GULF?

Badges can be picked up during open registration hours onsite at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, in front of Hall E.

When is the Exhibition open?

The exhibition will be open on Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday October 30.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for CLEAN GULF is business casual.

What is the registration cancellation/refund policy?

The cancellation deadline is September 13, 2019. Cancellations must be made in writing by September 13, 2019 to receive a refund, minus a $95 cancellation fee. Registrations who do not cancel prior to September 13, 2019 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. No refunds will be processed prior to the event. Refunds due to registrant error will be subject to a $75 processing fee.

What are the dates and location for future CLEAN GULF events?

CLEAN GULF will be held in San Antonio, TX in October 2020.
