The 2019 Call for Presentations is Now Closed

The CLEAN GULF 2019 Conference & Exhibition is extending an industry-wide call for participation. Prospective speakers and poster presenters are invited to submit a 200-300 word abstract(s) online for consideration by the program committee by Friday, March 8th. Those accepted to speak (one per presentation) receive complimentary registration to the conference; co-authors and poster presenters receive a heavily discounted registration rate.

What puts your abstract in a favorable light?

• Submissions from operating companies and/or regulatory agencies sharing new information
• Submitting case studies that culminate with actionable recommendations
• Being focused and concise on what will be covered in your presentation
• Providing practical, tactical, and timely information

What will likely get your abstract rejected?

• Submissions that are commercial in nature and/or product specific
• Unfocused abstracts that do not concisely detail what the presentation will be about
• Submissions clearly outside the scope of the conference
• Abstracts that are heavily technical or scientific

NOTE: Accepted speakers receive complimentary registration to the conference. Only one complimentary registration per submission.
